With a career built at the intersection of creativity, technical expertise, and execution, Ben has a deep understanding of how to bring design intent to life — from initial concept to final installation.
In addition to Mathews Lighting Group, Ben is the founder of Pure Forms, a lighting manufacturing company focused on creating innovative, design-forward fixtures for both architectural and consumer markets. His debut product, The Desk Lamp, received widespread acclaim — winning a Red Dot Award and German Design Award for excellence in product design. He also co-founded Vespr Designs, a lighting design studio that explores the emotional and architectural impact of light in built environments.
